Advisory Leadership Team

When the Kentucky Department of Education identified William Wells Brown Elementary as a CSI school (in need of Comprehensive Support and Improvement), the authority granted under state law to the School-Based Decision Making Council was suspended and transferred to the superintendent. William Wells Brown now has an Advisory Leadership Team, and the district will maintain control until the school's turnaround plan is complete to ensure continuation of additional support and resources.
